Each tablet contains: Docusate sodium 50mg Total sennosides (calculated as sennoside B) 8mg Adult Dosage: Take one or two tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if required. Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet. Prolonged use of any laxative is undesirable and may lead to dependence, consut your doctor if constipation persists.
